Engineering Executive

Comp: $200k - $400k / year + equityTplus is a complex high-performance distributed financial system that relies on trusted execution environments, cryptography, and blockchain infrastructure. You'd lead engineering efforts as we bring it from early-alpha to production.Qualifications:- 10+ years engineering experience- Deep background in trading or financial infrastructure with an emphasis in systems engineering- Hands-on - you'll be the active contributor on feature architecture and implementation.- Experience leading engineering teams that have developed and operated large systems- Low-level systems programming and low-latency networking - Rust familiarity- You've built and operated distributed systems with high liveness requirementsNice to Have:- Experience with TEEs (SGX, Nitro Enclaves, etc.)- Applied cryptography / math background- Crypto & blockchain familiarity - DeFi, light clients, smart contracts, onchain settlement- Founder or early-executive experienceYour Immediate Focus:- Take t+ from early-alpha to production - security hardening, cryptographic escape hatches, formal verification of state machines, and stability and performance improvements- Contribute to the design, architecting, and implementation of new financial primitives and market mechanisms- Lead and grow the engineering team
