Comp: $75k - $200k / year + equityAs Tplus expands into new markets we want to hire people experienced operating in these markets. You would help lead our expansion into APAC - overseeing business development and operational functions necessary to grow in APAC.Qualifications:- 要求中文流利- You know the regional landscape and the people in it - venues, desks, funds, communities- You've operated in APAC markets - from inside the region or covering it from outside- Trading / markets backgroundNice to Have:- Experience opening a region for a company entering it from outside- Crypto-native backgroundYour Immediate Focus:- Be t+ in the region - Singapore & Hong Kong first, then Korea & Japan, then SEA more broadly- Start building the APAC team- Support entity setup and licensing work in-region- Learn the product deeply - you'd be on stage at conferences
