The Opportunity
In just 2 years Ethena established itself as the number 1 digital dollar issuer that doesn't rely on a fiat backing, by a significant margin. We rapidly joined the quality, credibility and reliability ranks of DeFi projects that have been around multiple cycles.
Now we're maturing the current products, and preparing to launch new initiatives that will set entirely new bar to be considered in the top tier of the industry.
In the next 12 to 24 months we know we'll need to build and expand the following teams:
Engineering - DeFi Engineering (Solidity), Product Engineering (React, Python, Web3 tools & libraries), Security Engineering, Trading Technology Engineering.
