Job Responsibilities:
- Support engineering and data-related projects under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in coding, debugging, and testing software applications or systems.
- Work with datasets, algorithms, or mathematical models depending on project needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and contribute to solutions.
- Document technical work and present findings or progress updates.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Take on ad-hoc technical tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or recent graduates (within 2 years of full-time work experience) with a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong foundation in programming languages (Python, Java, C++, or similar).
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, able to work well in a team setting.
- Prior internship or project experience is a plus, but not required.
