Job description
Comp: $150k - $350k / year + equityTplus is a prime exchange - beyond its technical challenges we need to develop and manage internal capabilities and institutional relationships that power liquidity, and the financing and custody of our cross-margining features. In addition, Tplus' tech stack makes it uniquely capable of offering segmented marketplaces that comply with institutional users regulatory requirements. You would be responsible for leading and overseeing these efforts as well as many operational business functions.
