Job Responsibilities:
- Write efficient, scalable, and modular code in Go.
- Design, develop, and deploy backend systems for various crypto financial products.
- Build and maintain infrastructure microservices to support the overall lending platform.
- Develop comprehensive test cases to ensure that the system meets design requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth DevOps and SRE workflows.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates or recent graduates with under 2 years of full-time work experience, with majors in computer science, statistics, engineering, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills with expertise in at least one language (Golang preferred).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with server-side technologies such as MySQL, Redis, and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with HTTP/WebServices/REST API and databases (MySQL/NoSQL/Redis).
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and multi-threaded programming.
- Enthusiastic about blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, DeFi, and the NFT landscape.
- Proactive self-starter, adept at navigating ambiguous and high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
Preferred:
- Outstanding achievements in programming competitions (e.g., ACM-ICPC, Google Code Jam, or similar).
- Contributions to open-source projects or patches submitted to the open-source community.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and relevant academic or project experience.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and practical experience in relevant projects
