Job Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations of RWA products (e.g., mint, redemption, reconciliation)
- Assist in building and maintaining SOPs for asset lifecycle management
- Work closely with product/compliance / custody teams to ensure smooth execution
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose improvements
- Perform basic data tracking and analysis to support operations decisions
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in Mathematics / Statistics / Business Analytics / Finance or related fields
- Strong logical and structured thinking
- Able to understand and follow operational workflows (SOP-driven)
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
Nice to have:
- Interest in crypto / RWA / financial markets
- Internship experience in fintech, banking, or consulting
- Basic understanding of how financial products operate
