Job description

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy and adapt Hermes Agent Enterprise inside complex customer environments. You’ll work directly with enterprise teams to integrate agent workflows, customize deployments, and solve high-impact operational problems.

Responsibilities:

Deploying Hermes Agent Enterprise across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
Integrating internal APIs, data systems, and enterprise tooling into agent workflows
Debugging production issues across infrastructure, orchestration, and model layers
Working closely with customers to scope, implement, and iterate on solutions
Improving deployment reliability, observability, and operational tooling

Qualifications:

Strong software engineering experience in production environments
Experience working directly with enterprise customers or internal stakeholders
Comfort debugging distributed systems and infrastructure issues
Ability to move quickly across backend, infra, and AI application layers

Preferred:

Experience with Docker and cloud infrastructure
Familiarity with LLM systems, agents, and retrieval pipelines
History of shipping customer-facing technical solutions
