Senior Unity Developer

What you will do
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Unity developers in the design, development, and optimization of mobile games.
- Establish and refine development procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of game production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, artists, and testers, to ensure cohesive and innovative game development.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in mobile gaming and Unity development, integrating new technologies and techniques as appropriate.
- Contribute to hands-on development, demonstrating expertise in Unity and game programming.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Foster a creative and collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous learning.
What you will need
Qualifications:
- Experience
1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in game development, with a strong focus on Unity.
2. Extensive experience in procedural creation and people management.
3. Proven track record of leading development teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
2. Strong proficiency in C# and a deep understanding of Unity’s engine and tools.
