Head of HR (HRD / HRBP)
Required skills
Job description
@CryptoBot is one of the largest Telegram-based products for buying, selling, exchanging, and transferring cryptocurrency. We have a global user base, with a strong presence in CIS markets, and hundreds of thousands of monthly active users. We are looking for a Head of HR (HRD / HRBP) who can build and scale core HR processes in a growing company and ensure they work effectively in practice.
This is not a purely strategic role - we need someone who is hands-on: able to take a process from scratch, structure it, launch it, and ensure it operates consistently.
What youʼll be working on:
Build and develop core HR processes: hiring, onboarding, adaptation, performance management, retention, and culture.
Formalize processes through clear guidelines, checklists, and workflows.
Plan hiring together with C-level: priorities, timelines, and headcount budget (FTE / payroll planning).
Design and maintain a transparent and efficient hiring process, including candidate evaluation standards and offer management.
Set up and improve pre-onboarding and onboarding processes.
Develop performance management and HR analytics systems.
Work with talent pipeline, competency frameworks, and development of key employees.
Participate in HR operations and personnel administration together with legal and operations teams.
Implement and develop HR tools, including ATS and management systems.
What we expect from the candidate:
Proven experience as HRD / HRBP / Head of HR in growing teams (30-100+ employees).
Hands-on experience building HR processes from scratch.
Ability to implement processes independently, not just design them.
Strong systems thinking and organizational skills.
Solid understanding of key HR metrics and data-driven decision making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly.
Nice to Have
Experience implementing ATS and other HR tools
Experience working with distributed / remote teams
What we offer:
Remote work with a flexible schedule.
21 days of vacation and 7 days off / sick leave.
No bureaucracy, no micromanagement – just clear goals and ownership of your work.
A small, motivated team of young professionals (average age is 25).
Short time to market – we have no complex approval processes or bureaucracy, so features roll out very quickly.
Youʼll be part of a small, strong team where good ideas are noticed and supported.
