岗位职责：

  1. 负责海外 SEO 增长工作，围绕 Google 等主流搜索引擎制定并执行关键词、内容、内链、外链优化策略，提升自然搜索流量与转化效果。
  2. 重点负责网站内外链体系建设，包括页面内链结构优化、锚文本策略、专题页/落地页链接布局、外链资源拓展、友链/媒体/社区/目录/内容合作等，提升核心页面权重与排名。
  3. 结合 C 端用户搜索行为，挖掘高价值、高转化关键词，协同内容、产品、技术团队产出适合海外市场的 SEO 内容与落地页。
  4. 参与 GEO 相关增长探索，研究 AI 搜索、AI 问答和大模型平台的内容引用、推荐、收录与曝光机制，提升品牌和产品在 AI 场景中的可见度。
  5. 跟踪并分析 ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini、DeepSeek、Kimi、豆包、通义千问等平台中的品牌/产品曝光情况，沉淀可复用的 GEO 优化方法。
  6. 建立 SEO/GEO 数据监控体系，关注关键词排名、收录、外链质量、自然流量、转化率、AI 引用率等指标，定期输出复盘和优化建议。
  7. 持续关注 Google 算法更新、AI 搜索变化、海外内容平台和社区流量趋势，及时调整 SEO/GEO 增长策略。

任职要求：

  1. 本科及以上学历，1-3 年 SEO、内容增长、海外增长或 C 端用户增长相关经验。
  2. 有海外 SEO 实操经验，熟悉 Google SEO 基础策略，了解关键词研究、页面优化、内链优化、外链建设、内容收录、排名提升等工作方法。
  3. 对内外链增长有实际操作经验，能独立完成外链资源挖掘、质量判断、合作推进和效果复盘。
  4. 有 GEO 实操经验优先；至少对 ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini、DeepSeek、Kimi、豆包、通义千问等部分平台有使用经验或研究经验，理解 AI 问答场景下的内容曝光逻辑。
  5. 具备 C 端增长意识，能从用户搜索意图、内容消费路径、转化链路出发设计 SEO/GEO 策略。
  6. 熟悉常用 SEO 工具优先，如 Google Search Console、Google Analytics、Ahrefs、Semrush、Similarweb、Screaming Frog 等。
  7. 具备较强的数据分析、内容判断和执行推进能力，能与内容、产品、技术、设计等团队协作落地项目。
