Job description

【Responsibilities】

  • Identify, prospect, and reach out to Introducing Brokers (IBs), brokerages, and professional trading teams within the CFD and Forex sectors. Pitch and promote the unique advantages of our DEX platform.
  • Assist traditional finance clients in understanding Web3 trading mechanisms. Provide professional onboarding guidance and smooth transition solutions to lower the barrier to entry and facilitate partnership execution.
  • Maintain day-to-day communication and service for partnered channels. Promptly address and resolve clients' core concerns during their trading journey to build long-term, stable business relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, policy shifts, and competitor activities within the traditional Forex and DeFi landscape. Provide frontline feedback to help the team optimize commercial policies and IB commission structures.
  • Track and record business conversion metrics and progress. Conduct regular channel reviews and pipeline reporting to assist the team in hitting phased business targets.

【Requirements】

  • Must have proven experience in Business Development, channel sales, or account management within CFD, Forex, or traditional derivatives brokerages.
  • Familiar with the commercial operations of the Forex/brokerage industry. Solid understanding of the IB business model, trading workflows, and mainstream commission/rebate structures.
  • Strong execution skills in client acquisition and excellent negotiation abilities. Clear logical thinker capable of independently conducting business pitches and initial meetings.
  • Open-minded with a strong learning agility. Genuine interest in Web3, DeFi, and the crypto industry, with the ability to quickly grasp fundamental on-chain trading concepts.
  • Proficient in business English (or other languages) for written and verbal communication, and capable of handling work pressure.

【Nice to Have】

  • Basic understanding of the Crypto industry, or hands-on experience with DeFi products and on-chain wallets.

  • 负责发掘并联络CFD、外汇领域的代理商(IB)、经纪人及专业交易团队,向其介绍并推广本公司的平台产品与服务优势。
  • 协助传统金融客户理解Web3交易机制与优势,提供专业的入驻指导及过渡方案,降低用户的操作门槛,促成合作落地。
  • 负责合作渠道的日常跟进与服务,及时响应并解决客户在交易环节中的核心诉求与疑问,建立长期、稳定的商务合作关系。
  • 收集并分析传统外汇平台及同业竞品的市场动态与政策变化,为团队优化现有的商务政策、IB分润体系提供一线市场参考。
  • 跟踪并记录各项业务转化数据与进度,定期进行渠道复盘与工作汇报,协助团队达成既定的阶段性业务目标。

【任职要求】

  • 具备CFD、外汇平台或传统券商衍生品相关的商务拓展(BD)、渠道销售或客户关系管理经验。
  • 熟悉外汇及券商行业的商业运作逻辑,了解IB业务模式、交易基本流程及市场主流的佣金/分润结构。
  • 有扎实的客户开发执行力与优秀的沟通谈判技巧,逻辑清晰,能够独立完成商务推介与初步洽谈。
  • 具备开放的心态和较强的学习能力,对Web3、DeFi及加密资产行业有浓厚兴趣,能够快速掌握链上交易的基础概念。
  • 具有良好的英语(或其他语种)商务读写与沟通能力以及一定的抗压能力。

【加分项】

  • 对加密(Crypto)行业有基本认知,或具备DeFi产品、链上钱包实操经验者优先考虑。
