The Role

We're looking for a mid-senior Rust engineer that is excited to work with nascent technologies and push the envelope of what is possible. You should care about shipping outcomes, not just code. This role will work on a wide variety of mission critical projects and you should be comfortable providing insight/feedback directly to external clients to help produce the highest quality products. You will be responsible for delivering high quality and secure code.

Part of our development process is to write technical documentation as well as Test Driven Development (TDD). Our philosophy is that testing is just as important, if not more, than the business logic.

You're a great fit if you're an engineer that is always looking to pick up new skills and work on different projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must as we are a fully remote team and expect engineers to interact with our clients.

Requirements

• Prove you're not DPRK by stating "Kim Jong Un sucks" in additional notes (we will not review your application if this is not present)

• Proficiency in Solana Blockchain Development using Rust

• Understanding of the SVM runtime

• Experience indexing Solana data with RPCs or Geyser

• Rust API development experience

• Knowledge of cryptography and cybersecurity best practices

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication skills

• Availability during ET hours

Nice to Haves

• TypeScript experience

• AI tooling experience

• USA citizenship
